Position Summary

The Senior Pastor will faithfully preach and teach God's Word, shepherd the congregation, equip believers for ministry, and lead the church in making disciples and sharing the Gospel.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  • A clear testimony of salvation and call to pastoral ministry.
  • Ordained and in agreement with the church's Bylaws and Statement of Faith.
  • Meets the biblical qualifications of 1 Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:5-9, and 1 Peter 5:1-4.
  • Demonstrates spiritual maturity, integrity, and humility.
  • Experienced in preaching, discipleship, pastoral care, leadership, evangelism, missions, and community outreach.
  • A degree from an accredited Bible college or seminary is preferred.

Shepherding the Congregation

  • Preaches God's Word faithfully, clearly, and without compromise.
  • Prays for, knows, and cares for the congregation through every season of life.
  • Visits and supports those who are hospitalized, homebound, grieving, or facing crisis.
  • Offers biblical counsel, spiritual encouragement, and discipleship.
  • Is committed to reaching the lost and serving the community.

We desire a Pastor who will know our names, rejoice with us in times of celebration, stand with us in times of sorrow, and faithfully point us to Christ in every season of life.
